The images of products in this website are for illustrative purposes. Although we made a great effort to display each color and detail in each print, sketch or painting looked as very similar to the real product, we can not guarantee that colors or details of image products shown in this website reflect exactly in 100% the color or detail of real product.
Some content of this website contains material that belongs to us or is licensed. All offered products for sale in this site (prints, posters, original sketches, formal drawings, watercolor sketches, watercolor and acrylic paintings and any product listed as product), have image copyright by default to the Artist Marco Valencia under copyright laws of government of El Salvador, Central America. Those image copyright belong to Artist even original or reproduction product is sold, except if those are specifically granted before/after trough legal copyright transfer agreement between client and Artist. We do not offer or sell products that violate the copyright of other works or images. All trademarks reproduced on this website that are not owned by, or licensed to, the operator are recognized on the website. Unauthorized use of this website may result in a claim for damages.
From time to time, this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide more information. They do not mean that we approve the websites. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites. The use of this website and any dispute arising from such use of the website is subject to the laws of El Salvador.

PURCHASE ONLINE SYSTEM
The architecture of system this online store is designed to have an 100% online purchase process without any assistance. If by some reason customer need some support please write to us to help you as soon as possible with purchase process. Customer requests would be replied within 24 hours after message. please write to firstname.lastname@example.org
The system has English (United States) like default language and Spanish (Latin America Spanish mode) as optional language. All information in our site including product information and payment process is translated to those languages depending on customer preferences, If there is any other language for our site we will notify our customers.
The customer acknowledges that our site has a product payment tool that processes credit card payments and PayPal payments for offered products, which is managed automatically through the US company 2CHECKOUT located in the United States of America. The customer agrees will provide the payment information to the company 2CHECKOUT to buy the products on our site. Payments will be reflected in the customer's credit / debit card account statements such as "Marco Valencia".
Our site will accept following forms of payment: credit card, debit card, and paypal. Customer acknowledges and accepts that he will pay all products before shipping.
TERMS OF PURCHASED GOODS
Customer agrees to buy goods under explained terms in each product description (price, condition, shipping method and shipping estimated cost).
Our system keeps only necessary information regarding customer which includes email, phone and shipping info, our system does not store at any time specific information on the payment method of our customers. For security reasons our online system keeps IP addresses that visit our site as IP adresses for customers.
GUEST/ REGISTERED CUSTOMERS
Our automatic systems gives the option for customers to order as guest customer or as registered customer.
Guest customer means there are not any obligation to create any account in order to buy goods in this website and checkout process is done without any previous account verification and one time information customer is processed.
Registered customer means offering the option to visitors to registering in order to keep records from their purchase and details about their orders, and reorder items without filling information again. In case of registering , customer must complete some required information fields in order to validate and complete the registration process. Validation of registration is automatic and customers will receive a email verifying all data in order to validate account.
Registered customers can delete their account in any moment requesting it to our customer service email@example.com
For guests/registered customers important note
Due some prices of listed goods, specially original paintings, in the understanding customers have carefully seen, compared, checked and agreed to proceed to payment, the order(s) will be processed in the acceptance of all prices in offered goods in this website.
Age restriction customer
Since we do not have an age filter restriction, customers from all regions agree in this site in the understanding they are capable to read and understand all provided information regarding products ,prices and checkout process. Once we ship product we offer returns following steps indicated in returns policy page.
PRICE & CURRENCY
The price of the products is indicated on each product page. Except for some seasonal offers or exclusive sales or discount coupons, shown price is not negotiable under any other conditions in our site.
Our site it has by default United States Dollar USD as currency for price in all products.
At checkout & pay page, visitors can choose to pay in 87 available currencies, by a currency exchange provided by 2Checkout company. Prices in any currency except the US dollar may vary from day to day.
The website has an automatic shipping tool for giving customers exact shipping costs for a specific country. In the understanding that the client has reviewed all the information concerning the product, once we received payment we will proceed to shipping.
Some countries are not listed by unknown reasons of system architecture and we regret not to send to those address.

We will expand our shipping countries and we will let know customers.
By default settings, shipping agents will be as following: El Salvador National Postal Service and/or Local logistic partner, and any of two courier companies: DHL/ UPS.
Each product has a default shipping method and a default shipping Agent. This option can not be changed for the moment.
** EXCEPTIONS FOR LOCAL SHIPPING AND TRACKING INFO FOR ORDERS IN CERTAIN COUNTRIES
By geografical reasons and if customer request in advance, for orders placed in El Salvador and other countries where the Artist can deliver shipment by hand , in person, we deserve right to use this method or local delivery if requested, we will let know customer that option may not have tracking information because local logistic companies or individuals most of them don´t provide tracking info in latin america. If by some reason customer request to collect product in our store or have delivered product direct from us to him/her/their house within a distance of 100 km around our office in San Salvador El Salvador that same rule applies. The same rule applies to following countries: guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Mexico. The rest of countries applies to normal mail postal service (without tracking number) or courier service (with tracking number)
If by any reason shipping method is not listed under all above terms, for special shipping or pick up orders and special requirements please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org before mutual agreement between customer and us in order to provide customizated shipping.

Normal postal Service: lowest cost service . The price is based in the most economical option to client. This cost applies to prints, sketches, and watercolors.
most orders containing watercolor / sketches/ prints cost about usd 2-15 to destination countries.
Courier shipping: this service costs 0.00 and is offered for any country listed in shipping countries in any currency for buying any acrylic paintings
MIXED SHIPPING METHOD AND COST
If customer buys different products with a total under USD300.00 there will be applied the most economical method for this order.
If customer buys different products with a total of USD300 or more, free international shipping will be applied to the order
Art sometimes becomes a gift, a great gift experience, some collectors want to gift someone art, or surprise to someone else! by this reason we offer special art requests like painting gift package, some hand writting note front or back in painting or some handwriting note in print all made by the Artist, just please let us know before shipping.
Art painting gift package method
For paintings: painting is wrapped/rolled with gift package paper/fine cloth and/or a blank note. Wrapping material is blue cloth
For watercolor and prints, goods are wrapped and packaged with gift paper and/or a blank note. Wrapping material is blue paper
Paintings, watercolor and prints can be hand signed or handwritten additionaly by request to the Artist.
If goods are requested to be wrapped for gift, goods are wrapped enterely by default,
if by some reason (customs in origin scan procedures) wrapping is opened or damaged we are not responsible for this external procedure.
If customer needs gifts unwrapped please let us know before shipping and we will put wrapping gift paper and clothes separately.
In compliance with the tax laws of the government of El Salvador, an export invoice will be issued for each product purchased on this site.
If the product is purchased within the territory of El Salvador, a normal invoice for the sale of the product will be issued by default.
If customer requires some kind of invoice or specific tax document related to the purchase of your product on our site (for example tax exemption invoice for embassies, organizations, military organizations or similar) please inform us as soon as possible to our customer service email@example.com
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DELAYS
In the understanding we have shipped the product in perfect conditions and assuming mail or courier services will prepare, ship and delivery products in a reasonable estimated time, we are not responsible for any delay outside of our control if your product has been shipped. That means any event that could cause any slight,, moderate or significant delay of shipping the product. That includes: natural events like earthquakes, hurricanes, typhoons, floods, epidemic disasters, fire and similar, humans from delays in airports, customs processing time to terrorism attacks, war (declared or not, invasions, preparation for war, failure of public and private telecommunications and impossibility of using train, car, air or sea transport in any means public or private. In the case shipping is stopped we will put in contact to our customers as soon as possible to provide the best solutions.
Our interest is to provide a product with the best possible quality to our customers.
Warranty terms are as follows:
Prints 1 month
Giclee prints/drawings, watercolor sketches,watercolors 1 month
Original acrylic artwork 1 month
Valid warranty is under following conditions
- The work of art should not be exposed directly to sunlight.Neither should be bent of its surface or show scratches or cuts on the inside.
- The work should not be exposed in high humidity environments, swimming pools, rivers, lakes or beaches,
- The work must not be in the environment of the home patio or outside of residence.
- The light given to the work should not be artificial light with partial or permanent overexposure.
- The work should not be never cleaned with chemical components such as alcohol, acetone, bleach, soap.

For providing a fast support, customer must notify as soon as possible to our site by contact form, please send the information on the returns page to carry out an investigation of the case.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
All return shipping expenses are paid 100% by customers
COMPANY ORDER CANCELLATION
In certain rare cases we deserve to cancel an order in any time because the following factors
- Product information (image, price and technical information) wasn´t written or shown accurately .
- Customer can´t provide enough required information to complete and order (shipping info, payment info).
- Some of the information regarding customer info or payment info is reported as fraudulent.
- Some of the information regarding customer info comes from restricted countries to receive payments.
- If the case our company try to contact customers regarding an issue with order an there is no reply from customer at least 7 days after first attempt to contact.
- Any of unexpected situation with order that would demand urgent action and needs to be canceled.
In above cases we will notify to customer as soon as possible.
LEGAL DISPUTES AND OTHERS
This agreement in its entirety is transferable between the parties as long as there is a legal notice of transfer.
The transfer of the acceptance of terms in the terms and conditions will need to be accepted by us and must be expressed in writing.
Any legal dispute arising from the above clauses will be made under the territory and laws of the Republic of El Salvador.
